Recently I downloaded the snippets collection and discovered the
mem package. I had to solve a few problems to get it working but
then it worked fine. On the internet I discovered that you also found
and solved a few bugs. Maybe you're also interested in the bugs
(and solutions) I found: unfortunately I could not found a recent
snippet collection than from 1997, otherwise I would have sent it

Fixed code for use with DJGPP compiler. Most importantly there was
a bug in the mem_term() function that could cause infinite loops
when DJGPP compiler is used. -Martin Pols
