7 bits means 128 values (characters)
the value of ' ' (space) = 32
Upper-case: 'A' = 65 'Z' = 90
Lower-case: 'a' = 97 'z' = 122
ASCII characters are 7-bit numbers:
- 'A' + ' ' = 'a' (= 97)
- 'B' + ' ' = 'b' (= 98)
- 'a' + 2 = 'c' (= 99)
